How do I determine my correct boot size?

We recommend referring to our comprehensive Size Guide available on each product page. Our boots generally run true to size, but if you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the best fit with winter socks.

What is BootBuddy's return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Are BootBuddy products waterproof?

Most of our leather and synthetic boots are treated with a water-resistant coating. For heavy snow or rain, please check the 'Tech Specs' section on the product page to see if a specific model is rated as 100% waterproof.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

How should I care for my new boots?
