At BootBuddy®, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all footwear in original, unworn condition. If your new boots aren't the perfect fit, our hassle-free process ensures you get the style or size you need without any stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the boots in their original branded packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the boots, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
